This would be a great product IF it would work at a distance.

I bought this thinking it would work 60' away. Unfortunately it falls short of it's wireless ability. I have to be outdoors and about 20' away to get it to work.

Stopped working

Update!! I was contacted by the company that makes these products and they they were more than happy to replace my device. So hats off to them for looking out to their customers. I just happened to buy a defective one, Would recommend, Thank You I bought one just before Christmas it stopped working a few days ago, I couldn’t find my receipt, the girl at Canadian Tire tried to find it on their computer, with no luck, I must have paid cash. So I couldn’t get it replaced. I ended up buying the same type again, see how that goes.

Q: why is this advertised as a timer? It is not a timer and nor is it programmable from the remote as it says. you can simply turn it on and off only from the remote or from the device itself.
