Vacuum sealer bags are great for food and non-food use! Our heavy duty 8" x 22' roll is two-ply, 3.0 mil thick, and can be used with most leading brand vacuum sealers. Vacuum sealing extends food storage time - locking in freshness, flavour and nutritional value. In addition, they are great for keeping valuables, emergency supplies, firearms, and many other items dry and sealed until ready to use.

Works as advertised; can pull out a little or a lot of air. Can withstand high vacuum. Freezes just fine. Does not appear to let food get degraded. Cut length as desired. Bags can be really flat or like a ball. Sufficiently heavy weight plastic. We use for both both frozen and dry goods. We have the Weston Sealer unit from Canadian Tire as we heard not great things about the Food Saver units.

Yes, I recommend this product.

This stuff is a great alternative to the main *FS* brand that you may think about buying. It's cheaper and works just as well. I use this stuff for everything. Never had a faulty seal or issue with a bag tear. Definitely commend this if you love to vacuum seal!
