Useless…lost inflation….faulty valve

Was on vacation out of town, and my dog developed inflammation on his elbow due to a callous. I have a really good recovery collar at home, but needed one ASAP. Bought this on clearance, crossing fingers it would help til I got home. The valve leaked overnight, no air left when checked in the morning, allowing my dog to lick and cause a full blown infection, forcing us to leave our vacation one night early costing $450.00. Now I’m learning I can’t get a refund on this useless thing. Don’t buy this thing. Read other reviews as I should have … not sure who I am more mad at … the manufacturer or Canadian Tire’s return policy. Off to the vet now.
