    Weiser Aura locks with buttons but not ao much with bluetooth

    Lock has a hard time connecting to Bluetooth.. definitely won't get 100 feet ... i can connect sometimes within 10 to 15 feet, it really dependa on how the lock feels that day

    I have a problem setting up the bluetooth connection to the phone? It says press "A" button until blue light comes out but it never lights up?

    I have 2 of these, neither of which work. When trying to lock they just make a whirring sound then flash red and the door remains unlocked. Yesterday and today one of the locks would not unlock, I had to use the key. These locks are a waste of money.

    No, I do not recommend this product.

    Hello Meme, To ensure your Aura is in the best working order, please check the following: 1. Open the door and lock the latch. Remove the interior assembly of the lock and check that the cable is securely plugged in from the keypad to the interior assembly. 2. Reattach the interior assembly with the latch still locked (please do not overly tighten screws) and complete the manual door handing process with a fresh set of batteries. https://ca.weiserlock.com/support/troubleshooting/support-articles/smart-locks-calibrate 3. Check the jamb hole depth and door's alignment: https://ca.weiserlock.com/support/troubleshooting/support-articles/smart-locks-door-alignment 4.
