I love my slate

The best cooking experience available when all considered. So easy to learn and can finally make restaurant quality food. Despite this being the first griddle grill I’ve ever owned. I have talked too many people who have had Blackstones and quit using them because they either rusted out or weren’t as durable but so far this grill is amazing and the easiest to clean as long as you just take care of it even a little bit. I love going out in the back, knowing that I’m gonna get a restaurant quality cook along with a very simple cleanup, and the grill is beautiful.
