Design flaws - lid hinge was built cheaply, feels like it will fall apart. Lid opening extends way beyond the back of the unit, requiring the unit to be about 12" away from where you wanted it. Waste of space. Missing screw near left burner causing the trim to not sit correctly - no way of accessing it after assembly. (manufacturer error)

Griddle surface is rusting

I have 28” griddle. I clean the griddle after every use and use oil to put a light coating on. Also have seasoned it. Have only had it a month. It is also covered. Still has rust on the surface, and 2/3 of the black coating is gone. I have a competitors of same size with zero issues. Dissatisfied with this griddle especially after ready the description that isn’t true based on my experience.

Worth the money no regrets I am a first time user and I love it. It’s easy to work with and great functionality. Love it.i Will recommend it to somebody.

Perfect after I got used to it! Took me a minute to dial in the process and seasoning attempts, but now it is working great and I use it a ton...no rust, no fuss
