Camco's Water Bandit connects standard water hoses to previously unattachable water sources, allowing you to stop wasting water from water hose leaks. This product measures 3 ¼″ long. One end connects to a standard water hose (via a standard ABS male water hose connection). The other end (a highly flexible, silicone-polymer sleeve) stretches to fit over the end of most standard water sources—including damaged/stripped threads, or water sources with no threads at all. This product is drinking water safe and compliant with all federal and state level low lead laws. It is CSA Low Lead Content Certified to NSF/ANSI 372. Water Bandit is not intended for non-threaded kitchen sink faucets or use under pressure. This RV accessory is a camper must-have. Add this small hose accessory to your camping supplies! It’s great for motorhomes, travel trailers, 5th wheels, and more.

    I tried it at a couple of times. Both times water was spraying in all directions for about a second then it just popped off. This item should be taken off the market.

    Does not work . The water pressure blows out the adaptor from the tap. Does not have a clasp to tighten it to the tap

    Unless I did something wrong to connect at the faucet, this didn’t work at all. My faucet is on a slight angle, so perhaps the slight bend weakened the seal….but by the description of the product, I thought it would work.

    • A: There is no quick answer. It depends on the dimensions of your tap. If it is similar in size/shape to a standard outdoor tap, then it should.
