I have owned a Vitamix blender for over 20 years and have loved every minute of it! However this year I bought this one to save some space on my counter and to use in our RV. This blender has been such a disappointment! It constantly jams up, wont blend frozen items...what’s up? Guess I can see why it’s retired. Very upset Vitamix!

I Love This Vitamix!!!!

This is my 2nd Vitamix. I love the versatility of either making a smoothy, or as a regular vitamix. It works totally great. Very, very powerful. I seem to use it a lot more than my previous Vitamix, which was bigger, and more of a big deal to use. This fits under my cupboards nicely, too. Love, love, love.

Strange design

Blends well, but hard to get blender base on just right so that it's tight enough to not leak when you turn it upside down to blend, and not so tight that the gasket squeezes out. I'm getting new gaskets, to see if that solves the problem. The gaskets are supposed to be interchangeable, but one definitely works better when blending, and the other works better for the container lid. I also don't like that so much of what I'm blending gets stuck in the threads of both the jar and the blender base.
