Cracked Stone - 'On Sale?'

This was put on sale - last one - but they failed to mention that it was a return that was cracked - bought it for pickup - wasted my time to go down there only to return the product. Not very customer focused at all. I expect better.

Avoir vision grills

That's my third one, bracket breaks all the time, would have got bracket on vision grills website but shipping cost was more than this set. Try to contactVision grills' customers services, never got a reply. I would avoid this brand all together, price is attractive but compare to the other brand, extremely limited.

Q: What is the inside diameter of the hanger for the stone. How wide does the inside of my firebox need to be in order to fit the hangers inside of it?

A: I just measured. If you have 15.5 inches inside diameter, you should be good. Mine is 15 and I can make it work. You could make this work with a little more that 15.5 inside.

A: The Large Lava Stone is 14” in diameter and weighs 11.60 lbs. It is designed for use with the Vision Kamado Grill as a Cooking Stone/Pizza Stone/Heat Diffuser. It is not designed for use in an oven.

A: The Vision Lava Stone can be used on the top of a cooking grate of a gas grill. It should not be placed directly on a flame of a burner.

A: The cooking grates are 19 1/4 inch in diameter. Our grills can get up to 1000 degrees, but 700 will be the high on the thermometer!
