Poor

I had been looking for a mandolin and when I saw "Paderno" I was all in. I was so disappointed! Couldn't cut through carrots or potatoes and what finally did me in was the cucumber that just wouldn't slice!

Hard to Use

Not nearly as sharp as I would have thought. Everything gets stuck. I've tried peppers, carrots and potatoes. If you get exactly the right angle, it works well, but otherwise it's a huge struggle and gets stuck on every stroke. Definitely expected better from Paderno.
