Q: Is this market permanent or temporary? Does it come off in rain etc?
6 years agoA: The Victor Tire Marker, White (0092146) is only a temporary marker. Being made of wax, it is water resistant and not waterproof. It can be wiped off but pending the surface, smooth or textured, it may not rub off completely right away.

Q: Can you use this to mark the location of the tire when changing winter tires?
