A: No, this is cast iron. Similar to a cast iron pan, you would not put that in the dishawher.

A: Thank you for your question. No, unfortunately not. The Vermont Castings Griddle is meant to be used on gas grills only as there is a grease drainage hole that will allow grease to fall inside of the BBQs cook box. This is a safety issue. We wouldn't want grease dropping on top of your gas or electric burners or stove top. Hope this helps.

A: The 085-2377-0 Vermont Castings was designed and manufactured to resist warping. However, through misuse or over heating cast iron griddles and skillets can warp. Following the manufacturer's Directions for Use with ensure a satisfying grilling experience.
