Add extra smoke without a smoker

The BBQ Smoker Box is a convenient way to add extra smoke when you don't have a smoker or just don't have time to use a traditional smoker. It takes a few tries to understand the timing of when the smoker box creates the maximum smoke, but after that, it's an easy way to add that extra touch of smoke to your favorite food.
