Please also note there is an interactive 3D app called BILT that is free to download for both iPhone and Android users. Poor quality

Bought this bbq in August 2025. The lid has to be forced down to close, the temp assured can't get above 350 degrees no mater if it's cranked to full, and the trolly wheel fell off . All the welds broke. No quality control.

Getting ready to do a return. On our second time using the BBQ the cheap labelling on one of the controls peeled off and then that knob/valve broke. The instructions are terrible and incomplete. And with regards to ordering ease, even though I indicated who would be picking the BBQ up and the person had the confirmation code, Canadian Ture refused to release it because he didn't have the PIN that was buried in another email.
