Simple and effective. I actually allows direct mounting if your cabinets don't allow use of the sliders, which mine didn't as I have the bases extended down to cover the under cabinet lighting.

I like that this paper towel holder can be slid onto the bottom of a cabinet rather than screwed to the wall. It installs in seconds without making any holes in the cabinetry. It holds the roll well, too.
