Q: I have an old pair of soundmates. They did not have volume control. Do these have volume controls?
4 years agoA: The earbuds do not have volume control directly from the earbuds themselves. Volume can only be controlled from the phone that is connected to the earbuds.

Q: Are these compatible with iPhone 8? I can't get mine to show up in Bluetooth settings to pair.
5 years agoA: Yes, they are compatible. The issue the user is having is either they were paired to a different device before or they need to be reset. To reset press and hold the buttons on the earbuds for 20 seconds, they will beep and reset. You can also contact support@tzumi.com for further assistance.
