J'ai acheté 2 gallons au CDN Tire de St-Eustache le 18 Août 2025 Par la suite, le 19 Août 2025, je voulais poursuivre mon travail et j'avais besoin de 2 gallons additionnels. Je retourne au CDN Tire de St-Eustache. Ils mentionnent que leur système informatique confirme qu'ils ont 2 gallons en inventaire, mais les employés ne réussissent pas à les trouver. Je dois donc me rendre au CDN Tire de Rosemère avec un gallon vide indiquant les détails du ''mix'' pour la teinture afin que ce soit EXACTEMENT la même couleur. En appliquant la teinture, chez moi, la couleur n'est du tout semblable, étant beaucoup plus pâle. Je suis extrêmement déçu, et je n'irai plus chez CDN Tire pour de la peinture.

Q: Can this product be tinted in the store to the desired colour? Is navy blue an option? Thanks :)

A: Thank you for taking the time to ask a question. This stain can be tinted to the colors from our color charts. This stain is available in over 100 colors. A color close to Navy that can be tinted into that stain is Colonial Blue, but we don't offer a true Navy blue in this line.
