This is the 4th one we bought. Keeps coffee hot for 24 hours as advertised. But if it gets dented or the screw top gets damaged only works for 12 hours. Which is why we just got our 4th one. We've been using this brand and model for 6 years. Also we never put it in the dishwasher.
