    I think the product worked well however, my initial use only lasted about four hours. Certainly not the 12 hours. It says it contains.

    I read the NYT wirecutter review of this and thought I'd give it a try. Holy smokes! Set it up and not one mosquito bite! Just got another one AND one as a house warming gift for a friend!

    I was skeptical but I was getting eaten alive last night while taking out my dog so I opened up my thermacell and I didn’t have 1 bite after that. I’m in Florida and the mosquitoes are crazy. So glad I found this.

    I am extremely disappointed! Just received this as a gift not only did the repellent that came with it came only half full (so I will not be getting the 12 hours promised on the box) the extra one purchase that is supposed to last 40 hours came almost completely empty!! These refills aren’t cheap to start with and now I can only get a fraction of the promise protection time because they are sending nearly empty ones!! Not worth the money!!

    Q: Canadian Tire website says "Includes one 55-hour rechargeable repeller with a built-in Li-Ion rechargeable battery" Will this hold it's charge for 55 hours? Is this a typo?

    Q: Can this be turned on and off as needed. For instance around a hot tub, which I only use for 20 minutes at a time

    A: I would turn it on 15- 20mins prior to going hot tubing, leave it on during and turn it off on the way out. It takes roughly 15mins to reduce bad mosquitoes.

    A: Hi Darlene, The Radius will have a timer and is a 6.5 hr per use charge with a 15 ft zone of protection and the E55 has 20’ Zone of Protection, 5.5+ hour rechargeable battery, Status indicator – both visual and audible, Low battery alert – Both visual and audible

    Q: hello, bought my very first Radius Zone E55. Seems to work really great. Happy so far. One draw back is the short battery time. Can it be left plugged in to keep it charged? Also, can it be used inside? Like the garage area?
