Maintenance • Wash with a soft, slightly damp cloth. • Do not use detergents, solvents, or alcohol-based cleaners. • For stubborn dirt, use a product suitable for oiled wood. Protect and nourish the wood • The tiles are pre-oiled for better moisture resistance. • It is recommended to oil them upon installation and at the start of each season. • Apply a new treatment as soon as the wood feels dry to the touch. • Use only solvent-free exterior wood oils. • Never use a wire brush or a pressure washer. 1 Year limited warranty • It is the customer responsibility to ensure that the product and its intended use are compliant. • The warranty is valid for 1 year following the purchased date and upon proof of purchase. • The warranty covers only the defective parts that require replacement. • Technoflex undertakes to provide new parts as quickly as possible. • The warranty does not cover : shipping costs, travel, labor, communication or fee related to a claim, and direct and indirect damages. • Size variations of +/- 2 to 3 % due to climatic conditions are considered normal and are not guaranteed. • IMPORTANT : Wood is a living material that expands and contracts over time. Voici quelques conseils pour les garder longtemps:
Préparation de la surface • Les tuiles doivent être déposées sur une surface plane. Il est recommandé de les installer sur une dalle de béton lisse. • Prévoir une légère pente pour l’évacuation des eaux pluviales +/- 1cm. • Ne pas installer sur un sol meuble ou humide (pelouse ou terre), une source de rétention d’eau qui va accélérer la dégradation du bois.
Nettoyage 1 2 3 • Laver à l’aide d’un chiffon doux légèrement humide. Garantie limitée de 1 an • Il est de la responsabilité du client de s’assurer que le produit et son usage sont conforme. • Ne pas utiliser de détergents, solvants ou nettoyants à base d’alcool. • Pour la saleté incrustée, utiliser un produit adapté au bois huilé. Protéger et nourrir le bois • Les tuiles sont pré-huilées pour une meilleure résistance à l’humidité. • Il est recommandé de procéder à un huilage dès l’installation et à chaque début de saison. • Appliquer un nouvel entretien dès que le bois semble sec au toucher. • Utiliser uniquement des huiles pour bois extérieurs sans solvant. • Ne jamais utiliser de brosse métallique ni de nettoyeur haute pression.
