I love this air fryer! Replaced my old one with this air fry/grill option T-fal and have been using it every day. The plate is cast iron and heavy, sits higher than my old one. I have grilled burgers, pork chops and steak in it on rainy days and they’ve all come out amazing! Highly recommend!

Great product but no real no warranty support

I bought this 2 months ago the overall unit is great but T fall warranty is very poor contacted them concerning a leaking basket and after many emails back and forth the problem is still not resolved . First was they couldn't open the video of the basket leaking even tho I resized it and sent it in different formats the they said they sent a new basket and that it was all ready sent them after not receiving the replacement basket I contacted them again and they replied that they haven't sent out the replacement basket yet but yet in the email before that they stated it was all ready sent them suddenly it wasn't sent.

No, I do not recommend this product.
