Stopped working after only 3 years of occasional use

We got it as a gift. We seldom use this as we still have our 25 year old Sanyo rice cooker. The Tefal rice cooker, once plugged, does not light up or work anymore after only 3 years of light use. Destined to E-waste bin. Our 25 year old Sanyo rice cooker still keeps cooking rice. Go for a more reliable brand.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Second time broke

I absolutely love this multi cooker and can’t find something familiar on the market, but this open button keeps braking. I can’t fix it, and can’t find any parts. I use it gentle and hint know why its happening. Probably made from poor material

We have owned for s few years now and irs3 been great, never failed on us, it takes a little bit longer than stove top rice but the result is always better, i been making oatmeal for breakfast and it comes out great, like restaurant quality good, have used the browning as well so, i will explore the other cycles, since every one is a positive experience.

Bien plus qu'un cuiseur à riz

Il est vrai que c’est un excellent cuiseur à riz mais il est bien plus que çà. On peut très bien préparer tout ce qui peut être cuit à la vapeur ou mijoté à l’intérieur. Avec les options préprogrammées (10 au total, d’où le nom), c’est facile de programmer l’appareil pour toute recette que tu cuisine. La cuve antiadhésive en céramique peut prendre jusqu’à 10 tasses de riz, le cuiseur à vapeur, la spatule pour le riz et la loupe à soupe sont très utiles. Je l’utilise pour la plupart du temps pour cuire le riz (jasmin, basmati) et chaque fois le riz cuit parfaitement. C’est très facile à nettoyer : j’en saurais plus sur ce aspect après quelques mois d’utilisation.

Q: Do I have to follow their measurements or can I do my usual one cup rice to two cups broth?

A: Different measurements would be okay, as long as the max/ min marks are being followed as well as programs. The product has the fuzzy logic technology: Advanced technology that acts like human reasoning by automatically adjusting the time and temperatures during the cooking process if it senses it’s too high or too low. The result is excellent cooking results because it monitors cooking the same way you would.
