This Swingball soccer kick trainer is fitted with a unique recoil action so you can use it by yourself or play with others. You can easily adjust the spool to set the speed of this kick trainer: a shorter spool will make the ball return much faster, while a longer one allows you to start slow. For a sturdy base, the trainer should be filled with either sand or water.
