Must have for all skates and those with flat feet

Must haves for those with flat feet or over pronation and for all sport activities! These are in all our hockey and figure skates for the entire family and they do correct our posture with less back or knee and foot pains.

My feet were being crushed in my old high arch and possibly wrong width skates. Gave these a shot before spending the money on new skates and they were great. If you're looking for pain relief without investing in a whole new pair of skates it's worth trying an insole upgrade first.
