Q: I thought this product was suppose to shut off automatically after 2 hours. I accidently left it turned on and went to bed, and went to work the next day. Upon returning home, it was on. Should I return the item as defective? I recently purchased it.

When cold weather starts, we find our bed is almost too cold to get into at night. Our small heating pads have been very helpful, but we are down to one thought something bigger -- but not a full-size electric blanket -- might help. We do not have a dog. This pad is perfect. I usually put it on my side of the bed first, and can move it around easily with my hands or feet and work it toward my partner's side before I fall asleep. The cord is plenty long enough to move it around; the pad is soft and pliable, and the Auto Off switch works great if hubby forgets to turn off the switch, which is easy to do in the dark. TMI, but there you have it.
