Great little machine, very portable.

I bought this on clearance as we always seem to wish we had a humidifier for th kids when travelling. I wasn't sure what to expect but was surprisingly pleased. This was the perfect size, and ran about 5 hours before I had to refill the receptacle. I wish it would run longer, but I knew going in that it wouldn't run all night. It was pretty quiet and turns off when empty and the power light turns to red. I wouldn't use this in a big room or as a main humidifier, but it does what I need it to do.

It worked well the first couple of weeks and noticed now when I turn it on it makes a weird sound for 10 plus seconds then work fine the whole day. I would have rated 5 if it was not for start up strange sound

Very pleased with this product

This Sunbeam humidifier is perfect for office use - it is small enough to fit one's desk or keyboard tray, with an attractive design that's also an attention-getter; it produces a small fountain of mist. The one downside is the small water capacity. It is advertised as working for 4 hours on a refill, but realistically its more like 3 hours, as the vapour production goes way down after that. Still, its an attractive, effective unit that I am glad I purchased.

Voilà un humidificateur parfait pour les chambres d'enfant, petit , silencieux mais surtout super efficace je le recommande grandement.
Je l'utilise depuis plus d'un an et je le trouve très pratique il prend si peu de place qu'un simple coin de tablette nous permet de le mettre hors de portée des enfants.
Hyper facile d'entretient si je lui trouve un point un peu moins positif c'est sont prix. Oui bien sur il le vaut mais souvent pour quelque dollars de plus on obtient un appareil beaucoup plus gros et couvrant une plus grande superficie.
Un bon achat si vous avez des petits ! et surtout pas de filtres à acheter par la suite !!!

Keeps bedroom air from being dry

I can't stand dry air in the winter when I sleep. Since I only sleep a few hours a night this works perfectly for me, I just fill it before I go to sleep.

A: The fan and transducer will shut off. The unit will switch to standby mode until it is unplugged.

Q: Why does the light stay red? I followed the instructions, but the light stays red even after i press it. Is my outlet maybe too powerful or too weak?

A: To reset the stand by mode (red indicator light) please unplug the unit. Drain any water from the humidifier housing. Fill the tank as directed then use the unit as recommended. If the red light will not turn off after unplugging the unit, please give us a call at 1-800-435-1250; Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 8 PM, EST.
