Went to Admirals Road store grand re-opening and found this 2-pack angle grinder priced $100 cheaper than if you bought them separately. Worked well.

The 2-pack of Skil grinders was an excellent find at the limited time offer of $49.99. The grinder is a bit on the heavy side but packs plenty of power. The handle can be placed on the left, the right or on the top. The spindle lock engages easily for disc changes. The lock on the trigger is a bit finicky to engage and several times has taking me two or three tries to engage. This would normally drop my rating to four stars but the price was more than 50% off.

I purchased 2 pkg of the grinders because they were on sale and came to $25.00 ea before GST.
The good- Price, on/off switch that remains on, guard with wide angle of adjustment.
The meh- 5.5 amps.
Having said that, I've burnt through all makes of 4 1/2" grinders. So long as it doesn't explode before I give it permission to, I'll be happy. So far, it has done everything I've asked of it .
