They feature drain holes and contain no metal parts, eliminating the risk of rust in cold temperatures. The unique "centipede" hole configuration allows for easy strap adjustment without the need for tools or screwdrivers. Proudly 100% Canadian made, these skate guards allow you to protect your blades without breaking the bank.

Light plastic skate guards

I was wanting to replace my skate guards so chose the recommended ones from here. They don’t fit as tightly as I would like. They are also not as solid or thick as I wanted. They do not stay on the blade properly.

These skate guards work well, but the sling that holds the skate to the guard is quite solid and not very flexible. It takes more effort to attach to the guard to the skate blade than models with a stretchy rubber strap.

Q: Will these work for hockey skates?

A: No, unfortunately they will not work for hockey skates as the front end is not wide enough to accommodate the blade.
