Q: How small does it collapse? I am wondering how much space I would need to store this.

A: The Pontoon Boat breaks down to be approximately 36” in Length – Steel Centre Frame by approximately 36” in width. With the height being about 12” if the seat is left attached to the frame. You can remove the pontoons and deflate so they roll up like a sleeping bag about 12”x12” diameter x 2. The Oars breakdown as well to be about 36” tall.
