Christmas Tree storage bag did not accommodate our 7ft. Tree. I tried to exchange for a bigger bag….none available…..and went through quite an ordeal to get it returned and a credit put on my credit card. I was thankful to finally get approval for the credit put on my card after I asked the kind customer service representative to speak to a manager. I understand your Christmas refund policy but not when there is not a product available to accommodate my original reason for buying the bag. The bag does not accommodate 7 1/2 foot tree as advertised on your website or the box.
