Simoniz Platinum Bucket with Grit Guard features a large and durable design
The Grit Guard insert is specially designed to prevent contaminants from getting trapped in your cleaning tools and scratching your vehicle
Simply rub your brush or mitt across the Grit Guard insert and the trapped contaminants will fall to the bottom of the bucket, keeping your wash water clean
Once dirt settles to the bottom of the bucket, the Grit Guard keeps it there by separating the wash water into four quadrants, so the water cannot be disturbed
Prevents the swirl marks in your paint, caused by improper washing

10 years agoA: I've noticed that some stores carry these, other's don't. Same city, one store will have dozens where the next one has none. Call ahead.

Q: What is this bucket made from? Is it food grade plastic? Would be terrific for hydroponics if it is!
5 years agoA: All I know is it’s plastic. More info may have been on the sticker I removed. I suggest looking on the Simoniz or CTC website for the info.

Q: What is the diameter of the bucket? Trying to get a washboard that will fit, but no details are given about the diameter of the bucket.
7 years agoA: Hello. The authentic Grit Guard Washboard will fit this bucket. The outside diameter of the bucket at the top is 12" Buyer beware - the Chinese have knocked off our Washboard and the knockoff does not fit. Be sure and purchase your Washboard from a reputable dealer.
