Q: does this unit have a hook and loop base so you can use foam pads.
5 years agoA: No it does not but what I did was glued Velcro to the pad. Just waxed my entire boat with it. Worked great. Now its hook and loop.

Q: Does this device have the backing to attach foam pads to it ?
5 years agoA: This polisher comes with a foam base plate and removable fabric and wool bonnets. The base foam pad is permanently attached so there is not hook and loop backing to interchange foam pads.
