Horrible design

I absolutely DESPISE this vacuum and that says a lot, because my favorite brand is Shark despite how horrible this one is. I had this vacuum for no more than 1 whole year before the piece on the head of the vacuum that clips onto the body of it snapped off. So you can stand this up put together, but now I cant stand it up at all due to how bad the quality of the pieces are? Shark used to have a guaranteed 5 year warranty on all of their products, now that changed to limited warranty, or only select models have the 5 year guarantee. It has been maybe 3 years since I purchased this, and every single day I use it I envision beating it into a wall and smashing it into pieces because of how inconvenient it has become. Stick vacuums from shark are just not it in my opinion. 2 out of 2 stick corded vacuums broken within a year of use.

Fantastic compact easy to use and fits into corners nicely. Dirt collection bin is easy to empty. Would definetly recommend this vaccum to others.

I love the versatility of this vacuum. It is able to work on carpet and hardwood floors. I love that canister ‘lifts’ away to fit under furniture. The filter is round making it easy to wash.

Should have been more clear that this vacuum does not stand on its own. Also very heavy with canisters up high. Difficult to manoeuvre.

A: This vacuum has 2 flooring setting (bare floor and carpet), and works great on most flooring types. With this said, we recommend checking with the flooring manufacturer for compatibility.
