Disappointed

I return it after a few days. I found it to be to complicated to use. The mapping is a pain. Sorry I have used a robot vacuum for years no problem. The app is useless. Sorry I was so excited to buy it, but so disappointed I had to return it.

Parts fall apart while just sitting

I got this robot because my previous two from the same brand fell apart within 2–3 months, and the company offered me a free upgrade. Unfortunately, it has turned into another nightmare. The robot worked well at first, but then the water tank on the base failed—only one month in. The base tank suddenly started leaking everywhere even though no one touched or moved it. The water can’t even flow into the robot’s tank properly anymore. I honestly don’t understand how a base water tank can fall apart while the robot is just sitting there. After multiple failures, I’ve completely lost faith in Shark and Ninja products. Think and read the comments carefully before you buy !

Very disappointing for such an expensive product

We purchased this item and I’m extremely disappointed. For such a high price, I expected much better performance. The vacuum does not clean as well as advertised, navigation is poor, and it constantly misses areas. This is not what you expect from a premium product. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that we cannot return or properly exchange it. Canadian Tire will only allow an exchange for one item of the same price — but we don’t need anything else this expensive, and they will not allow exchanging it for several smaller items. As a result, we’re stuck with a costly product that doesn’t meet our expectations, and we cannot do anything about it. I’m very upset and disappointed with both the product and the overall customer experience.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Not a good purchase.

I’ve owned various robot vacuums and mops over the years. This is, by far, the worst. My floors actually look worse after running it, because it spits out little piles of debris every time the back end lifts up and sets back down (I think this is the “never stuck” feature. I don’t even know. It’s not stuck on anything. The back end randomly pops up and down, leaving piles of dirt and dog hair everywhere). The floors also look dull after mopping. My previous robot mop (different brand) left the floors very shiny. I think this is more related to the cleaning fluid you have to buy tho.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Good but needs improvement

Purchased this 4 months ago to replace another brand robot vacuum, which I might add was terrific. Unfortunately, I couldn't replace the parts anymore, so it was time to upgrade. I love that I can vacuum and mop and set up which days to do this job and set the time. Unfortunately, this one does not have the suction that it should. I have a German Shepherd and some kitties, so there's lots of fur. It does leave some fur behind, and my girl likes to drop her kibble on the floor, and this does not pick it up. Also, it does not get close under cabinets such as the kitchen. Otherwise, it vacuums fine and mops great. I do a thorough clean once a week as it does get very dusty. I clean out filters, etc. The water that gets disposed of really does smell, so I add a tablespoon of vinegar to the disposed water.
