Missing USB Cord

I purchased this vacuum for my vehicle specifically because it was advertised on the box as coming with a USB cord “for versatile, portable power.” There are photos of this adaptor on the box and in the operator’s manual (in addition to the traditional wall plug), but there isn’t one in the box. I took it to customer service and the staff were just as perplexed as me—we even opened another box to see if it was only missing from the one I purchased. For an almost $130 item when not on sale, this was very frustrating, and I ended up returning the vacuum.

A: Shark Cyclone PET Cordless/Handheld Vacuum with HyperVelocity Suction does not come with a base or attach to the wall. You plug it in to charge and just allow it to sit while charging.
