Q: The Shark website says this same vacuum has 4 deep cleaning technologies, while this one states 3. Only difference I can find is the “Light Detect” feature. Does this one have a light? Is this the only difference? I have called Shark and they are unsure.

A: I'm not an employee with actual product knowledge, I was just comparing vacuums and reading reviews. I'm assuming you are referring to the 1.3L vacuum model as the one have. If so, that model has 3 levels of deep cleaning while the Shark Cordless Detect Pro Stick Vacuum 2L Auto-Empty System has 4 levels of deep cleaning. Hopefully, that solves the mystery :)

Pretty Good Vacuum

I’m quite happy with the vacuum. I’m not sure that it’s worth paying full price for. I was excited about how it had technology to clean along edges better than other vacuums. It doesn’t pick up anything along the edges, I have to put the other attachment on and go along the edges of the room and furniture. I also have to empty the canister when there’s only a bit of dirt and debris in it. You can feel it getting hot where the air vents out of the handle when the filter gets covered just a little. I do like how it empties into the big container, and it is very light to hold onto. I purchased it because it was on sale. Would I buy it again? Only if it was on sale….. I don’t think it’s worth full price

I love this vacuum, it is light in weight and it is potent.

Shark Vacuum Review

We love this vacuum and are very impressed with it. It sucks up dirt better than a different brand of cordless vacuum before this. No hair gets stuck in the beater bar and it really gets the dirt and dust out of carpet. Just wish it came with a second battery and also sometimes the release door for the dirt gets stuck as there is a magnet to close it and if we have vacuumed up any smaller magnet shavings they do get stuck to it. But not the end of the world. I'm very glad we got this vacuum.
