Nice rod. Easy to set up.

Bought this rod to fish occasionally at the cottage. It has a smooth and far cast and a nice reeling motion. I caught a couple of fish the first time out with this one. Two things of note the reel needs to be tightened to the rod and you do this by twisting the top foam piece above the reel until it feels secure and secondly the line with it is rated fairly light from 2 to 8lbs, so may want to respool the rod with a 20lb line versus what comes with it (I'm leaving it as it until the line breaks or it tangles).
