Comparing the Sponge Daddy to the Sponge Mommy (a.k.a., the Smilies): The smilies are larger, but the holes in them make them stretch and wear out prematurely. These rectangular Sponge Daddy are thinner and traditional-sized compared to the smilies, but seem to last almost as long and I think might be of better value. Give them a try, and decide for yourself.

Tried an earlier version about a year and a half ago and now I encourage friends to grab them as one of the best scrubber cleaners I have seen in years. The best test was cleaning the glass top of the electric stove that came with our condo. It had seen better years. This scrubber did the trick very effectively and quickly.
