Q: I am going to install 2 Encode to 2 doors in my house. Can the app control 2 individual Encode lock by one log-in?

Q: can this lock automatically lock the deadbolt after say 30 seconds?
3 years agoA: There is an auto-lock feature that is set to lock approximately thirty seconds. Once you have the lock installed and connected to a smart phone, you can then customize how long you want the auto-lock feature to wait before it locks behind you.

Q: My question is regarding the Schlage Encode Century Smart Deadbolt, Matte Black- how to you get the key pad to stay illuminated. Right now I have to touch it just the right way to get the key pad to light up. I want it to stay lite. Any suggestions?

3 years agoA: As far as I can tell, it is not Z-wave compatible. This is just an electronic handle set, nothing more. That being said, it has worked absolutely flawlessly every single day so far.

3 years agoA: The temperature range is -40 to 180 degrees fahrenheit for exterior & interior. Humidity is 100% condensing for the exterior and 30- 95% non-condensing for the interior.
