Bought to Help Son

I purchased this to help my son stay comfortable and focused while doing homework at the kitchen table. But honestly, I sit on it more than he does. (good for back issues) Our only concern was how much to inflate.

great for strengthening stabilizers in your legs

i bought this cuz i had a sprained ankle and the physiotherapist says i need to do activities to strengthen my ankle and leg stabilizer muscles. i stand on it with one foot for as long as i can and i can really notice the difference after a while. this product is durable and great for training stabilizers.
