I have 2 other kayaks but they are sleek and fast. If I hooked a big salmon I'd be turtled in a second.
This boat is stable and you can have a rod in the rear holder and a net in the other. With your second rod up front. It's not really for the ocean but I fish closish to shore.
It's on clearance here at a great price. And catching fish is a good way to avoid stores where you might catch Covid 19.

The only thing bad I have to say about the product is the fishing rod holder needs to be mounted better (reason for 4 out of 50). The Kayak is very easy to use and move about. Liked it so much I'm going to buy another one for my Daughter ,she loved it too.

Perfect for recreation

For the average user for recreation this kayak will work just fine. It is self bailing and quite stable. The rod holders are a nice touch as well. The one area that could use some improvement is the seat. While it's not terrible, some extra padding & support would be nice. Overall a good product.

great working simple fishing platform everything you need to get out to the hard to reach spots where the big boats cant go .its very stable you can stand and fish (though I don't recommend it )the kayak light and easy to maneuver in the water and the rod holder is great for trolling I'm gonna get a lot of use out of this boat and get in to those spots where the big ones are . this is no fish story

A: The drain plug is supposed to come with your product. If you have not received it, please contact the Pelican customer service line at 1-888-669-6960 with your serial number, located on the back right hand side of your boat.(ZEP-5NUMBERS-1LETTER-3NUMBERS) The scupper plugs do not initially come with your product, the scupper holes are self-bailing and do not need to be plugged. If you do wish to purchase scupper plugs, please contact Pelicans customer service line at 1-888-669-6960 with your serial number and a price may be quoted for you. Thank you

A: Good day, an anchor can be attached through the hole on both ends of the kayak, in the same hole as the handles are attached. Please make sure that you do not attach it to the handles themselves. Thank you.
