Having never used a press before, it was a slight learning curve, but after 2 failed attempts does exactly as expected. Heating the press for at least 10 minutes before use was the key, reduced grilling time and gave amazing, restaurant quality grill marks. The juices on the pork chops were retained for that added flavour. 5* all the way for me
