I recommend that you do not buy this product. They claim that it is pre-seasoned, it either is not or was very poorly seasoned. Everything sticks to it and sticks so badly you cannot remove the stain and grit even using cast iron approved salt crystals. I have perfectly seasoned cast iron pans so believe me I know the difference between a properly seasoned pan and one that is not. On top of this Canadian Tires return policy only allows for an exchange. Meaning you must exchange it for another grill pan. They only have 3 pan choices. The one you have bought. Another “pre-seasoned” product or a light weight aluminum pan. I asked for a refund or at least a store credit and they refused. Very poor customer service. I’ll be shopping less at CT and more at local suppliers who care about customer service.

Excellent cast iron pan

Was nervous as reviews said it was very heavy but if you use 2 hands, its just fine. First cooking session it tasted very metallic, so I seasoned 2 more times and havent had that problem since.
