I've had my cupcake/muffin pans for about three years now. I give them five star in each category, and I don't review products very often and only until I am satisfied with how the product performs. The construction is excellent-very solid and has an appealing look. For performance, my cupcakes maintain their shape, even baking with a nice soft texture and overall my cupcakes bake evenly because the heat distributes so well during the baking process. I always use cupcake liners because I sell my cupcakes so I've never baked without using liners. I don't think I've every had to wash my pans. I simply used a dish towel with warm water to wipe them and then store them properly once I'm done. The best part is that I purchased my set of two back when you could get excellent sale prices. I paid $19.99 each for my set. My only regret is that I didn't buy but I had other Paderno baking pans. I just love this company!!!

Q: Does baked-on grease stay on the tins? I have many muffin tins and I cannot seem the get the baked-on grease off no matter how much I scrub.

A: I’m have a Paderno muffin pan and it cleans really easily. I’ve not had an issue with not getting baked-on grease before for the pan.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. It is recommended you use some type of oil/butter product in each of the 12 cups. Please do not use the non-stick sprays as they break down the non-stick coating on the muffin pan.
