Q: Why is my coffee lukewarm ?

A: You mean expresso. You need to give more details about what happens. Is the pressure high enough to percolate fast? If not that's your answer, if the coffee comes slow from the machine, it cool down. It is either defective or it needs descaling.

Buyer beware - no refunds

I am so disappointed with Canadian Tire and this machine. If I had known their return policy (yes, I know my fault completely) I would have never purchased it. It seems because it was opened and used I can only exchange it for the exact same machine. How is a person supposed to know if they like something if they don't open and use it? The coffee tastes mediocre, it takes forever to heat up, the machine takes up way too much counter space. The only good thing about it is the tamper - $250. in the trash - thanks Canadian Tire.

Good espresso machine, bad frother

This is my second one, the firs one failed after 5 months, got the warranty service, which is wonderful from Canadian Time. The quality of the machine is good. Most metal parts where it counts. The expresso is good, but the frothing is loud an inefficient. I hope that this one will last longer but if crashes again, before the 2 year warranty deadline. Overall I am happy with it, at least has metal for the parts dealing with temperature and pressure.
