A: Cast iron can be used in a wood stove oven. Not sure if the finish on this one would get marked though. Only used on outdoor fire.

Looks great, cooks even better. I did use my Canadian tire money for this purchase on top of it already being on sale so to me it is definitely worth what I paid. It being a square shape at the top adds a uniqueness to this cookware. Still cooks evenly and wonderfully.
