Sold a returned damaged product

I drove 45 min to a location that had this pan in stock. I ordered it for pickup in the locker. I opened the locker and noticed I was sold a damaged and likely returned pan. What a waste of my time. They should have notified me that the only one in stock was damaged (scratched, scrapes, packaging ripped…). The manager offered me a $10 discount if I keep it. I don’t want to replace my existing frying pan with a beat up (possibly returned) pan. This was the only one in stock so I couldn’t even swap it for another. Then I had to wait in line behind other customers to get a refund. Waste of my time and I still don’t have a pan.

I bought mine a number of years ago before it came with a lid so I had to buy a separate lid. Lid doesn't fit exactly. However this is my favourite frying pan.
