not worth the money

I bought a large Paderno non stick pan like this from Canadian Tire about 8 months ago. I am having to throw it out. I have only ever used silicone or wood utensils on it, and have always been careful with it. the non stick coating is coming off, and so I will have to throw it out now. it cost a lot of money, and I am very disappointed with it.

First, this is a beautiful design with highly polished stainless steel and a gorgeous wine-coloured interior. Cooks evenly, and nothing sticks when cooked properly. It's an excellent size for a large omelette or stir-fry. I enjoy using it.

A: Yes, I use it on induction. However this pan needs to be on slightly lower temperature then my old pan as it seems to heat up faster and more evenly.
