I had an older Paderno set from years ago that I ended up giving to someone else and purchasing this set. I'm really impressed with how much the technology and craftsmanship has changed over the years. These pots are even way better than I thought they would be. They are much lighter weight than they used to be. And they are a dream to cook with. I am completely satisfied with this purchase.
