I bought this vacuum 4 months ago. The roller brush no longer works once locked into position. After looking at reviews this is a common issue.

I bought this vacuum about a year ago and I don’t use it anymore because it’s worst vacuum I’ve ever used. It clogs in both the brush bend and at the canister entry. It makes a huge every time I have to unclog it. It’s loud which is fine but the high pitched frequency is enough to drive a person insane. I wish I knew how this ever made it past the prototype and testing phase. If you’re reading this, I’m confident you can find a cheaper and more effective cordless vacuum.
No, I do not recommend this product.
